The Company was established from the integration of Penta Paints Caribbean Limited and Sissons Paints (Trinidad) Limited in June 2012. The operations of these two (2) leading manufacturers and distributors unified over one hundred (100) years of experience, knowledge and expertise in the sphere of coatings.

ACL is committed to manufacturing and distributing quality products and towards this end it has achieved and actively maintains the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification. The company remains at the forefront of paint and coatings technology through its established relationships with acknowledged world leaders in paints (PPG Industries and Akzo Nobel) together with its own fully technologically advanced Technical Services and Development Laboratory.

ACL manufactures and distributes paints and coatings in the categories of decorative and architectural, wood finishes, automotive, light and heavy duty industrial and marine under the following brands: Penta, Sissons, Glidden, Nexa Autocolor, Aquabase Line, Devoe and International.
